Slow going, but am keeping up the challenge. Am 60 years old and want to be able to stay healthy and able to move as I continue to age. I am starting over after the death of my wife, and if I stop, I know I won't be able to physically do What I want to do moving forward. I let myself go while taking care of her. It's time to correct that.

Sorry for your loss but you do have the right vision for moving forward. As we age we need to stay healthy by putting good foods into our bodies and keeping active!

Thank you everyone for the condolences. I miss her but am moving forward. It's just time to make some lifestyle changes as I do that. The weight loss and exercise are part of what I need to do as I reorient myself to my new circumstances. I'm using my situation as an opportunity to reset some things I've needed to deal with for a long while. I didn't get fat and sedentary over night, and the move to correct the situation will take time as well. I'm good with that, and I'm happy to be in the fight with all of you. We'll get there.
