Back from my Mediterranean cruise and weighing in to assess the damages😂. Not too bad considering I walked a TON! 🫠 Self-touring will do that to you in places like Rome when you’re too cheap to turn on the international data plan for the gps. Lots of wrong turns. I also ate lots of dinner rolls and desserts but mostly just once per day. I tried to choose salad as an appetizer as much as I could.
I started to get a small cold at the end 🤧 and now I’m trying to keep it from blowing up so I don’t want to get crazy with exercise quite yet. I’ll probably start things back up on Saturday. Feeling a little softer in some spots. 🤔🤭
Missed FS but thoroughly enjoyed my time off.
