Stayed on track all week except for Thursday. For whatever reason I just couldn't stop nibbling through out the day. I ended up a couple of 100 calories over my max. Went to the gym 4x and also made my step goal for the week. The scale went up and down all week. I do like to weigh every day. Anyway, still a downward trend so that's good. :)
