Little blip up back to my normal weigh in.
Opened my eating window at around 13,20 and closed it at about 19,20. I stuck to my guns yesterday, good pretty clean eating. Just need to drink more water. I am super busy at work so drinking tons of coffee so need to swap to tea and plain water from time to time.
