No movement, which is lucky considering how much I ate yesterday. That's part of my Sunday strategy where I allow myself to let loose a little. But I was out the whole day snacking so was worried that perhaps it was a bit too much. But it's Monday now and will keep calories and carbs low and extend my fasting a bit.
