147 on the gym scale. Not surprising. I ate the whole bag of M & M's. That's a pound of candy over two weeks. That's a lot of sugar and calories. I am struggling with regaining my WOE. I have a good lunch or dinner than eff it up with a bad dinner or a cup of gelato. My only hope is going to the gym. I go with my good neighbor and he does not take no for an answer. I have a great trainer that I see once a week. She actually pays attention to my body and her focus is on me. It's pretty intense but so helpful. I hurt my foot and can't walk very far and running is off the table. It's not broken more like stress inflammation. MRI results tomorrow. And that's it. My goal is to get to 137 by mid February and 130 my early April. Bring it on!

I want to know about the MRI results. I am with you on the food battle and the gym as redemption. It's hard to juggle those two at the same time. We can do it I know we can!!!
