REFLECTIONS FROM AN OBESE CHICK: We've done Plyo before, but it's been a while. It's known as the "jumping" dvd. The first round I worked on less modification and more jumping. The second round I did more modification and less jumping. Completely went through 3 16.9 fl oz bottles of water -- just blew through them! Still sore from yesterday's workout. Looking forward to tomorrows workout.
