OMG Both parents admitted to hospital for separate issues on New Years Eve. Recovery will take some time. So the diet is out the window. Just making conscious effort to remember to eat right now. and find healthy choices in the cafeteria in the hospital. So this weight loss may not last but I wanted to record my 2015 number whatever it was!
