10st 3 (2 lb on at WW) Fair gain at WW and not undeserved! Surprising and pleasing to stay the same at home this morning. I'm back at work which helps getting back into routine (although I don't deny I bitterly begrudged how much I had to work over Christmas!) I've got my target in mind so now need to go for it :-)
