It's funny, last week I found myself obsessing about my weigh-in to the point I couldn't fall asleep, so last night I decided I would weigh myself before bed. That showed me up a kilo. I wasn't pleased. Anyway, I got to sleep and then did the official weigh in this morning and found myself down nearly four pounds from where I was last night. Looks like sleep is a good workout for me.

I found the same was true with me. When I first started I would way my self all the time and when ever I thought of doing it and I could fluctuate as much as 8 lbs, it was driving me crazy. I decided to stop and make all things equal, so I picked every Sunday morning immediately after waking up and going to the bathroom.
