I'm losing again and I'm happy to see the numbers go down on the scale once more. I know it will probably fluctuate a bit in the next few days but that is just fine. Sadly, I am having a bit of financial troubles so the choices of food for me are limited and I've been a bit hungry the last couple of days.
I much prefer to eat more and keep the calories low. I like the feeling of being full or at the least satisfied with my food. That has not been an option the last couple of days so I have been eating high calorie food and then going hungry the rest of the day. It is my hopes that this will soon be rectified and that I can get back on track with good nutrients.
