Happy 63rd Birthday to me! I can honestly say that I have lost 10 pounds this year so far. I had wanted it to be 20, but I am proud of 10. I am not quitting. I am eating for health, not pounds. I am depressed as expected on my birthday with no parents or Nicole or Jay, but I have the family and friends I do have. I will try to relax and enjoy the day.
