little bit up vs yesterday to no surprise!
I had a day of less accurate tracking and just ate :-) all lowcarb goodies and cheese. come think of it we didn't eat a proper meal at all yesterday. lots of peanut butter though.
I also have massively sore muscles ... my legs are in agony.
