I just read my original journal entry. I didn’t make my goal of losing 100 pounds for my 70th birthday but I did get there before my 71st. In two months I will be 75 years old and I have kept the weight off for nearly 4 years. It’s true that keeping the weight off is harder than losing it, but not because will power is required. What it takes for me is a plan, and commitment to the plan.
