So after doing my P90X Legs and Back + ARX. I sorta felt tired,

On the positive side, my muscles are no longer painful, they are just sore.

Work kept me busy enough today so I was not getting hungry over lunch and OMAD.

Once I hit below 175lb my intent is to increase my caloric intake with some clean food and increase the intensity for the strength training.

That's the plan anyways ... 😂
Ps with the weight going up and down so much i wonder if my scale has something to do with it

My scale misbehaves when the battery gets weak. But my weight fluctuates anyway so not always obvious.
