I've never had a New Year's Resolution about gaining weight Mine has always been losing weight. I figured I had loss some but didn't think a whole lb. I added a few extra calories last week but I guess not enough. I've got to figure things out. I'm worried because I'm not going to lie. It still feels good to see a loss. It's going to be hard to add alot of extra calories because I'm scared of gaining too much.
