Really hate it when I gain weight after skipping a meal. 😞 Wasn’t hungry last night so I didn’t make dinner. Got snacky later so had a few handfuls of chips. It may be just water retention but ugh.

Moko, Salt attaches to me too. The little particles are like sticky balls that attract water molecules and get bigger and fatter and move sllllooooowwwwerrr on the way out 😆 That's how I'm looking at salt now. Like a little ball of snow rolling around getting bigger and bigger and fatter and YIKES I ate the salt 😲😝😡
