A few down days and then an up. Too many carbs recently. I know what to do and i will do it.

I clicked through the glucose meter this morning looking at previous Waking Readings. Twelve consecutive days below 100! That is important because the weight loss and healthy eating is taking me out of “Pre-Diabetic” range. Insulin sensitivity is improving. Yes!

I can not assess the NAFLD on my own, but weight loss should be improving that as well.

Interconnected are the five Metabolic Syndrome indicators 1) Abdominal Obesity, 2) High Blood Pressure, 3) Elevated Fasting Glucose, 4) High Blood Tri-Glycerides, 5) Low HDL Cholesterol.

Again all interconnected and again healthy eating and active lifestyle leads to an improvement along all of those markers.

The fight continues and i am winning!
