I'm sure my scales were wrong the last couple of weeks when they read big losses. I feel like I actually put weight on the last couple weeks and probably lost a 1lb this week but weirdly I feel better about the scales this week than when it said I lost when I knew I hadn't as I feel it's a true reflection now. Been eating badly and no exercise for a while now but back on it this week!
