UG!! Weighed in this morning. Very very pleased. Percent body fat is at its highest. Can only blame myself as I have been eating very poorly. Muscle mass actually decreased, despite being regular at the gym. The bright spot was overall weight stayed a skit the same, but all that means is I lost muscle mass and gained fat. The total opposite of what I am working towards. Hopefully this will motivate me to start eating better, cut out all the fast food and amounts of food I have been eating lately.
