Had ShabuShabu and my weight raised one and a half pounds on Saturday. I believe it was from the fried ice cream I had for dessert. Had Mexican and Fried Ice Cream (again) on Sunday and my weight rosed up three pounds. So I got four pounds back in just two days. I will work had on my cardio this week to get back on track!
