I scale this morning was tottering between 57.9/58 so not a massive fluctuation.

The lady zone time is slowly going to wrap up and I'm really curious how it will impact my overall weight.

I am just hoping that it stays flat and doesn't go up a kilo as that would be so disappointing.

I am still eating simple foods and limiting dairy. As much as I love my cheese and yogurt I think it was stalling me. So for now will just keep yogurt/quark out and cheese just a smaller amount per day. Also trying to keep to a 16 to 18 hour daily fast. right now I'm at 18 hours since my last meal and I'm not even hungry yet. The clocks have moved back an hour so technically I could open my window now but just don't feel like it.

Still keeping my fingers crossed that my weight doesn't go up! :-)
