Well, I am very pleased with this week's loss, even though I have not made much in the way of changes to the way I eat. I am however, going to work first on reducing and then eliminating as much sugar from my diet first. Once I conquer that then I can move on to something else - probably fats and then portion size. But things are going in the right direction - hip-hip-hooray!!
