Last year, I began my weight lost journey. 202lbs being the heaviest I’ve ever weighed. I have to be honest, I lack the discipline and enjoy eating junk food. I have introduced intermittent fasting a few times a month and watched my potions. Also started being a little more active but definitely would not consider it exercise. I failed to keep up with the app and documenting my intake as this made me feel like a failure because I knew I wasn’t committed. To my suprise today I weighed in at 186. Yes it’s only 16 lbs in a year but I’m moving in the right direction little by little…yahoo!

You’re not alone. I LOVE junk food. It’s helped me to find a few delicious meals that are nutritious, healthy, satisfying and filling. For example — I was craving junk food today. Instead I made a baked apple with cinnamon and apple pie spice. It was delicious. Keep on keeping on! 😄
