Hi Just wanted everyone to know that I have been trying to share my weight with everyone since day 1. There is a glitch in FS software that has affected a few of us. Short of deleting and starting over I am finally going to just request buddies. I Started HCG sub-lingual drops March 22 weighed 278. My current weight is 230. I am very serious about beating this. Information, education, and God willing I know I can. So now to add buddies that I can bounce stuff off. I have posted before but I didn't realize my weight was hidden, therefore don't believe I was taken seriously. If you would like to add me as a buddie that would be cool. Know this. I don't follow Dr. Simmons protocol very strictly. I am always looking for a better more effective, easier... what works for me. There are lots of theories on diet, health food, exercise. I try various combinations. In short I am very unconventional. I think that can be bad for some of you. If what you are doing is working don't listen to me! Could it be I need to be conventional?
