which type of workout and diet you are doing ?
I do 4-5 days workout in a week with portion control healthy homemade food but still I loss weight very very slowly .

@preeti004 I mostly do HIIT workouts. Somedays low intensity and somedays high intensity. I do the same as you , i don't follow any strict diet. Only homemade food and i just cut the sugar completely. I saw your journal ,as you have already lost a lot of weight so you are not a beginner anymore. So try to do more calorie burning exercises and if you do weight lifting then that's very good. And don't push yours elf too hard if you are losing weight slowly then let it be.
