Here I am again. I keep telling myself I need to lose weight, eat more healthily, reduce the drinking and get more exercise. I have so many lovely clothes I can't get into. I am a size 16/18 and I would love to get into a 14 again. Off on holiday in 3 weeks so would like to lose 4.8 lb by then and keep it off. Promise I will try really hard 😀
