OMAD for tracked days. Question: has my fat percentage increased the last 2 days because A. PMS I’m probably about a week out. B. I was being more fat restrictive the first 3 days and am rebounding back to how I usually eat. C. I’ve been more active. D. Some or all of the above.

Thanks! 😀 I’m working on getting in better shape so I’m hoping that this will flo into more activity and endurance with a better understanding of what food to add in.
