i dont feel like that is terrible. once in a while you need to, and do not feel bad about it- as long as you commit to a lifestyle change. be proud of what you have accomplished so far!
have you ever made meat'za?? it is not the same- but oh so close.
season ground beef with whatever you want, i use salt pepper garlic parsley, roll it out and flatten on a cookie sheet. i like mine farely thin. bake for 10 min at 375, drain. then top with sugar free tomato/pizza sauce. cheese. any veggies ud like, anything! then put back in the oven until cheese is melted. YUM!
