Hey FS fam, it's been a hot minute since I have been on. Still dealing with a transportation issue that, fingers crossed, will be resolved by the end the week. My cousin and his family came up from Florida this past weekend and spent two days with us. We ate, we drank, we were merry. I didn't go too overboard despite the uptick of the scale of 2 pounds. I am back on track. At least I am below the 240 mark. Have a great week everyone and make it count.

Great to see you back Ches! Family visit and fun came at the right time for you! Hopefully it counteracted a lot of that car stress...good quality time and laughter is all we need to kick that stress in the bxx! You're strong enough to get back on track now ! Good luck!
