When I add up my calories I know I'm over my targets but not by the 14,000 calories that would account for a four pound gain. But the recording and having a record to look back on makes me realize that my intake is what is responsible for this weight gain. Much like the loss the the previous weigh in couldn't be accounted for strictly by the calorie math. Need to be less indulgent and see where next Sunday's weight in brings me.
