Dunno how the hell that happened - smile and wave.
But a whole week of no protein - could my blood type be the one that dislikes protein and thus instead of building muscle I pick up weight?!

It's a little tablet Joop, not much to taste really........eeerm, grassy with a fish after taste?

Ok, not bad. I've heard that they are good for you, but I can't do tablets, only ever even take a panado after 2 days of the headache not going away. Does it come in liquid form?

Joop - I have NO idea, only ever seen the tablet. they not big though. Pointjie - again, no clue. lol, been meaning to get that checked for a while now.
