hmmm... went to different gym today and weighed on 4 different scales around 1 pm... all said 213. will measure next week on regular scale. today was first gym day in a week but I ate good and did yard work for several hours on 2 days. I did make the jump tothe new belt hole I added 2 weeks ago... thats 8 inches off the waist since I began.
