Went on vacation and had a little denial and discouragement. Having tried Intermittent Fasting and Keto before and NOT losing weight - it’s daunting especially when I see others having great results. Learning more and think I understand that I was pro ably eating too much of the right foods, lol. That said, I’m actually down a little so with the changes I am making now, I should see progress before long.
I also haven’t been tracking. Back on the wagon. 😳🤣
