My back is actually starting to feel normal again, although I seem to have minorly twisted my foot. The being seems to be slowly paying off as I get back to doing more aerobics in addition to swimming. My bags are packed for my trip out west, but I still need to pack to go up north and I still need to run some errands.
I'm off to the pool now and I'm chasing the pool with a low and tone class and maybe 10 minutes on the eliptical while I"m waiting and then a big old cup of coffee.
I was freaking out about meeting up with my friend out west yesterday, but after rereading a few of our recent msn conversations, I feel a bit reassured and sleep usually helps too.... I'm not expecting anything too much, but I was starting to worry that I'd get there and they wouldn't want to even say hello - which is foolishness because I think he's as excited for me to visit as I am to go and its about having fun.
