OK.... I need to realise that my mood for the day does not depend on the number on a scale.

I weigh first thing in the morning both before and then after I go to the loo. I used to have the habit of having a poo first thing, but somehow I'm out of that habit, and with reduced amounts of food, it's like I've not got enough in my system to push it along, so to speak.

(I Hope you're not eating your breakfast reading this!)

BUT. . . . recently I've discovered myself removing more clothes just to make the scale go down. This is a small worry that I might occasionally be obsessing - Other times I forget altogether!

Anyway, No real need to tell me I shouldn't weigh every day. As the saying goes, Your Mileage May Vary - and what works for you might not work for me.
