I lost 10 lbs this week =) Great start. Non-scale victories include: Replacing my Fitbit charger and wearing my Fitbit daily. I found my Husband's stash of peanut M & M's in his truck this weekend and ate two of them. I felt guilty but then my husband reminded me I did not eat the whole bag this time. Going to AA meetings and joined a morning meditation group.

All kinds of good things going on in your life! Ten pounds is fantastic, but please realize that it's also an exceptional loss and is unlikely to continue at that rate. But, this is a marathon, not a sprint, and I'm wishing you all the best on your journey.

Thank you everyone. It's easy to lose 10 lbs when you don't eat an entire bag of peanut M&Ms, half a loaf of bread, and a dozen donuts all in one day.
