ugh! Starting over, hopefully, this will keep me accountable again. I had lost weight using this before! Went through building a new house and moving with lots of stress, the pounds packed back on because of it all! So, here I go again!
With the building/moving behind me, I need to get back in shape! I am finally settled and hopefully can focus on getting this weight off once and for all!
