I was so cold last night I took a hot shower, then was finally able to get to sleep. Today started out overcast, but turned into a beautiful, sunny day and temps rose to about 80 F. Hubby slept late so everything got pushed out later. I split my workout. 1st was 15 mins: 5 mins backwards and 10 mins forward. 128 calories and 685 steps. 2nd 1/2 was 20 mins, 172 calories and 920 steps; 35 mins, 300 calories and 1605 steps.
