If you think you can do it then you are half way there. When you feel like giving up remember why you started in the first place. For me it’s just to show myself that I am still who I have always have been, I just got lost in the shuffle of being a wife and mother. Now I am making my health a priority so I can live longer. This is not a diet it’s a new way of eating for me, so I am in it for the long haul. I am 20 pounds from my lowest weight in the past decade, which I never thought I would even see again. I have been steady logging my calories since February 2021and I’m down 72 pounds. Amazing!
