Made a bit of a pigs ear of trying to record historical weight loss but I think is ok now. Really must get to grips with the shopping thing - you would think at my age I could at least do that - but I so hate shopping for anything and planning ahead well forget it - I have realised that my eating habits are very poor - I spend all my time doing something or other then realise I'm hungry and it's quick fix i.e. fried egg sarnies or off to the nearest pub or take a way and I have always been a carb addict I love bread and potatoes in any form - all my school reports said I must do better or try harder 30yrs down the line and I think I might!!! Now to confront the exercise demons - i have had a Wii fit board for over a year and only stood on it once - well I've got it out again but so far thats as far as it goes - why can't reading be an exercise i'm really good at that!!! Oh well must go the dogs want there morning walk might even take the camera - so much better than a Wii fit don't you think ;-) BMI 39.0
