Happy to see that my minor weight gain was all water weight from the soy sauce I ate with the weekend sushi!
Really happy with my progress during this 2nd week of going to the gym almost every day. I started on the treadmill at a 0 incline at 2.5 mph for 45 minutes. Last week I was at a 4 incline (no idea what percent incline that is) at 3 mph for one hour. That brought my heart rate to 145. Yesterday I did an hour and 15 minutes at a 4 incline at 3 mph and my heart rate was only 132. YAY PROGRESS!!!!!! And, as a bonus, I burnt 460 calories :-)
