Was hoping to have lost a little more this morning, I did so much exercise yesterday. Will have to push myself harder!

You are down 4 pounds in a few days. That is amazing. Pushing yourself harder does not always mean more weight loss. It took time to gain the weight, it's going to take time to come off. You need to find a good balance of exercise and diet so that you can sustain it for the long haul. Whatever you do to get the weight off, you need to keep doing in order to keep it off. Find a healthy balance. You are doing fine.

Thank you, don't worry I won't be silly, just had a sneaky little bit of rose wine actually :) I am losing so quickly because it is the start and I expected to lose more for a mixture of that + my efforts. I put the weight on surprisingly quickly actually so I'm really hoping to get rid of it by September. I think it should be October but maybe if I do more exercise I could do it in a lot less. These are my thoughts and hopes anyway!
