Going to use this to track carbs, fat & protien.

Wow, I really like the food calculator. I can see that I over did the carbs! That could explain the plateau. I will not have anymore shake or bars. I will only use them as a last resort...not a sweet treat. I will return to eating olives or salmon for my treats.

if you are wanting a sweet treat, try heaving whipping cream, coco & splenda - tried it for the 1st time last night and it tasted like chocolate mousse - yum! I had to stop the bars a while back too.

Thanks! I finally figured out how to view comments! I will try that ...I'm a coco-lover at heart! Sometimes I rub the powder on my wrist and just smell it! It's great aroma therapy!
