I plan on starting a paleo diet tomorrow! I've tried this diet before and did it for about a week, but went on a vacation with my family and got a little thrown off. Either way I'm excited to get back to feeling great! I also plan on going back to running, I use to run 4-6 days a week, but with the start of summer and hot weather i've been finding myself at my computer more than outside. So cheers to tomorrow and the start of a new healthier lifestyle!
