@BB - some days it feels like I may never get to that goal! Some days, I feel like I can go lower......
When I started this time, 200 seemed impossible. I know now that negative self talk is what has kept me from achieving this goal in the past. I am determined to keep going - whatever my lowest weight ends up to be! I will be happy and stay accountable to ALL calories!

@annamommy,@draglist, @daughter of the king: thank you for your support! It's Saturday again and I am excited to record a new weight today, too. I will be down again! I have been doing a 48 hour fast each Wednesday. I eat dinner on Tuesday and nothing until dinner on Thursday. It has really kicked my weight loss into high gear! I had a very poor loss total for February. (More like maintenance- a total of 4 pounds) But I have fasted 3 times in March and I am excited to end this month strong! Thanks again friends! 🥰
