Thanks Christy and Sophie. I'm sure that both of you will make it to your goal too. Sophie, I haven't done anything different for awhile as I've been on Induction. However, I am thinking about transitioning to O.W.L. (Ongoing Weight Loss). Today I am adding some almonds to my plan instead of the olives I was eating. I will only be trying one new food slowly to see how my digestive system will handle the new item. I'm a little afraid that other cravings might come back as I start O.W.L. but I can always go back to Induction if carb creep starts to happen. I would sure appreciate anyone's input when they started this phase and how they dealt with the change. I'm so sorry I haven't been on Fatsecret much but I have to protect my eyes.
