congrats on the fasting. TBH I tried it and it was too hard. I do better with only eating in the day and stopping at 5pm.

Fritzy, my history is a very bumpy one. I have lost and gained more times than I can remember. I hit 280 twice, and lost 80 lbs between. It's painful to gain. In my case, it always happened during stressful times, either terrible jobs or mental or physical ill health. We are human and our lives are complex and not easy to manage. Be gentle with yourself. Self compassion!
