Nice job reversing your diabetes 👍To think nutrition has something to do with your health 🤦‍♀️ Ask a personal trainer at the gym, even if you just hire him/her for one session to ask all your questions?

I did hire a personal trainer for one month last November. Stmart guy who trains professional athletes. He said nutrition is 80% of fitness. Had me doing Hiit workouts with dumbells. After 4 sessions, it confirmed what I needed to do. At 68, bulking up won't be the same, but I was doing it 6 years ago. Intense dumbells (at home) and uping my calories (2400), with 150 - 200 grams of protein.
