My life is so miserable. I thought the black line is over, but it isn't. I've gained 1 kg eating "bad", comfort food :(

Sorry that life has been difficult. Just some thoughts on what has helped me in the past: Don't beat yourself up or get down on yourself - the past is done, leave it in the past. Think of things in your life that are positive or that you're thankful for....there has to be some things you feel that way about. Focus on them, remind yourself of them each day, strive to come up with more positive/thankful things. If there are things in your life that need to change, work on making those changes. Do what you can to manage the everyday stress, take control of what you can, let go of what you can't control and learn to live with it, just do the best you can. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow isn't promised, today is what we have.....try and make the best of today! Do this one day at a time, just make a new start and continue it each day, if you slip up that's ok, each day is a new chance, a fresh start. Sending you my best wishes for a good day and a fresh start!

Many thanks to all of you who supports me. I arrived home and my mom at once saw the weight increase. I will finish the medical treatment course and will be back on sports track - I think it is what is actually needed. And no more comfort food - I did for a week, it is now enough. Thank you once more xoxo
